Using the George Foreman 360 Entertaining Grill

Serves: 6-8

  1. Sift the flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt
  2. Beat the butter, Muscovado sugar and golden caster sugar together until creamy
  3. Add the vanilla extract and eggs, and beat into the butter and sugar mix
  4. Fold the sifted dry ingredients into the butter mix and finally add the chocolate chunks followed by the Creme Eggs
  5. Lightly spray grease the deep pan plate, add the cookie dough and spread evenly
  6. Attach the deep pan plate to the grill and cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes
  7. Serve with ice cream and your favourite sauce
