- 12 chicken wings or thighs or a mix
For the marinade -
- 200ml tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp chilli powder
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- Salt and pepper
- Combine all the ingredients for the marinade and mix well.
- Pour over the chicken and mix well.
- Pre heat the grill to maximum. Cook the chicken on both sides until cooked through and the juices run clear.
