Cinnamon Sugar Grilled Bananas with Yoghurt and Granola
- 2 bananas, peeled and cut in half lengthways
- 4 tbsp demerara sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- Greek yoghurt and granola to serve
- Pre heat the grill with the hinge set on melt. Mix the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top of each banana half. Lay the banana halves on the grill and close the elevated lid. Grill until sugar is golden brown.
- Serve with Greek yoghurt and granola.
